not the scent i ordered

We like the product, but I was disappointed with the check out process, it switched the Wooden scent with Vanilla. I tried texting and filling out a form and emailing to correct but they sent the wrong one. I should have checked it over sooner but still unsure how it happened..:

Smells amazing, but doesn't give what it's promised to do with flat, straight hair.

I actually saw it on my 13 year-old grandson. He’s wearing that new hairstyle with the curls in the front and he never had curls. I have wavy hair and I’ve been using all kinds of products which make my hair feel fake. I ordered this because his was nice and soft I absolutely love it. I have told my sister and two of my friends and they are in the process of ordering also. I want to see if you have a thickening product. I’ve been wearing bumble and bumble hair thickener which I spray on before I add another product. This also makes my hair sticky. I have to check out to see if you have any product for thin hair to put on before Your spray that I just purchased

Genuinely has a good smell and holds. I bought the whole bundle of each item, the sea salt spray caught my eye. Every time I sprayed it, it just smelled so good and my friends would ask to use it because they liked the smell and the hold it had. Something I wish they did was lower the prices a bit but honestly the smell makes up for it. It really just smells so good and the girls like it. For the scent I would go with the Vanilla Voyage the classic. (Best duo is the Sea salt spray and the Clay.)

My teen boys love this product!

The spray works great for my son's hair! It makes it fluffy and he loves it! The only negative was that the bottle wasn't working properly. Other than that it is a really good product!

We did NOT RECEIVE THE TEXTURE SPRAY. We should have had two of those with our two sprays

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I have been emailing you guys a few times asking to stop charity account every month. I did not authorize your company to charge my debit card for 5 straight months. 2 months ago I called my back stop any more charges from simpletics and even cancelled my debit card. The next month i was charged yet again for the hairspray that I bought my son as a one time gift. I want a complete refund of the last 4 bottles thst I did not authorize. I will gladly mail all 4 bottles back to you as long as I get my money back.

I used to love both the vanilla and tropical, but something has changed in the formula for the tropical and it is not good. 5 stars for how the product works snd the vanilla. But one star for the mew tropical formulation. Can you put it back?

TLDR: unusable spray pump The spray pump mechanism is awful. This is a full bottle and it is almost impossible to get anything out of it, takes forever to get make the pump shoot hairspray out and when it does the stream is weak and gushy. The bottle is basically unusable as it is but i may try to swap another pump in. I have no idea how well the hairspray works since i can’t get it out but it smells decent (i have vanilla voyage). i much preferred the clean cut cosmetics scent though. and it had a cooler bottle and working spray pump… i liked the handled pump design a lot better as well. I would be more a lot more enthusiastic about a product like the old clean cut one.
